Standard product configuration for "Zijing" cargo shower:
The standard dimensions for material shower channels are generally external dimensions: 2000 * 2000 * 2050mm, workspace dimensions: 1500 * 1860 * 1970mm. Various specifications of material shower channels can also be customized according to user requirements.
1. The overall material is sandblasted stainless steel/cold-rolled steel plate baked paint, with a steel plate thickness of 1.0mm according to the national standard. There is no channel floor, and it is equipped with stainless steel semi glass windows and double doors;
2. Electronic interlocking, equipped with high-quality door closers;
3. Equipped with our company's self-produced partition high-efficiency filter, the filtration grade is: H13（MPPS）， Filtration efficiency: 99.99% @ 0.3um, primary filter, filtration efficiency: G4 level (weight method), ensuring purification level;
4. Fully automatic infrared induction air shower, "Hangfa" infrared sensor, Chint intermediate relay, one-way channel air shower room. When entering from a non clean area and closing the door, if someone is detected, the infrared induction will air shower. The two doors will automatically lock during air shower, and the entrance will be locked after air shower. When leaving the clean area and passing through the cargo shower, no air shower will be performed to save energy;
5. Power supply 3N, 380V 50HZ；
6. Advanced high-tech integrated circuit board, LCD display for shower time, adjustable time relay from 0 to 99 seconds, factory setting of 10 seconds, infrared automatic sensor, induction automatic shower, touch sensitive micro switch, and installation of humanized intelligent voice prompt system;
7. Equipped with 4 large air volume dedicated fans for cargo spraying, equipped with 24 stainless steel nozzles, power: 0.75KW/unit, ensuring the spraying effect, wind speed ≥ 22-25m/s, double-sided spraying.

Instructions for the control panel buttons of the cargo shower:
1. Emergency stop button: Whenever the emergency stop button is pressed, the red emergency stop indicator light will turn on and automatically disconnect all outputs except for the lighting. When pressed again, the system will return to its initial state. This button is mainly used when the inner and outer doors cannot be unlocked, the air shower cannot be automatically closed, and other maintenance is required.
2. Air shower button: After the inner and outer doors are closed, press the manual button to enter the air shower process. This button is mainly used for door magnets, infrared malfunctions, or fan maintenance and repair.
3. Lighting button: Use the "Lighting" button to turn on and off the indoor air shower lighting. This button is mainly used for door magnetic failure or lamp maintenance.
4. Up and down buttons: Before or after the air shower starts or ends, adjust the air shower delay time through the up and down buttons; Adjust or select options when entering internal parameter settings.
